Jeff Siegel’s Blog: Black Book Xpress (updated March 17, 2021)

Jeff Siegel’s Santa Anita Black Book Xpress identifies West Coast runners that appear ready for a major effort based on their performance in their most recent race and contains a video analysis that explains why each horse has been selected.  These horses should be added to your stable mail so that you’ll be alerted when and where they are re-entered.  The list is updated each week, with horses considered “active” for 90 days, or until they run back for the first time since being featured.
