Nice work here for a Calumet homebred. Desormeaux isn’t known for popping them first out but this horse looks a little different than the typical Keoth prototype and I liked this gate drill where he was quick and still showed me something on the finish. Also a fan of the gallop out where he didn’t look overly tired after ripping along in 47 and change. It’s worth noting that Brother Kent winds up on the OTHER Desormeaux but I was happy with this work and the placement at the 80k level. Will be playing him across the board.
